2. Fill Out the Intake Form
   You'll complete a quick Glow-Up Plan Intake Form so I can understand your goals, frustrations, and what you most want to improve.
3. Get Your Evaluation
   Within 3–5 business days, I'll review your site and send your full Glow-Up Plan, including the video walkthrough and written recommendations.
4. Follow-Up Support
   If you have questions after reviewing everything, your plan includes one detailed follow-up email so you can get clarity and feel confident about your next steps.

FAQs

• How many sites does this plan cover? This plan covers one website, including your homepage and up to four additional key pages. If you need another site reviewed, simply purchase a second Glow-Up Plan and fill out a separate Intake Form for that site.
• How will I receive the intake form? Right after checkout, you'll see on-screen instructions with a link to the Glow-Up Plan Intake Form. You'll also get an email with the link for easy access. If you don't receive it within an hour, just reach out and I'll make sure you're taken care of.
• How do I prepare for my evaluation? Spend a few minutes thinking about your biggest website frustrations, your business goals, the actions you want visitors to take, and which four pages matter most to your site's success. That's all you need to fill out the form.
• Will we meet in person or online to go over the results? No, this service is for a video walk-through of the evaluation, a written report with next steps, and one additional follow-up email. For in person support, please look at either the DIY Support Session or the Custom Solutions package.
• How do I contact you with more questions? You can reach me using the contact form on the Webspiration Consulting website. I will respond within 1 - 2 business days.
• What kinds of things do you evaluate? I look at your site the way both a professional and a real visitor would. That includes your design, layout, and branding; how easy your site is to navigate; whether your content is clear and persuasive; overall site performance; mobile experience; accessibility basics; and even the structure and health of your underlying code. The goal is to give you a full picture of what's working, what's holding you back, and the fixes that will make the biggest impact.
• What does a Glow-Up Plan focus on? A Glow-Up Plan goes deeper than what's on the surface. I evaluate your site through the lens of a seasoned web developer and the eyes of a first-time visitor. I look at how easy it is to use, whether your messaging is clear and emotionally resonant, how your structure, performance, and code affect search visibility, and whether your design is both appealing and accessible. Ultimately, though, the focus depends on your goals and what your site genuinely needs. I don't use a preset checklist. Instead, I assess the unique strengths and challenges of each individual website.
